We pride ourselves in providing excellent service & quality products and we want our customers to be 100% happy every time! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will refund or exchange* the items for you, under the following conditions;
  • All returns must be unused, unopened & in perfect original condition, including packaging.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of your order.
  • You are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.

The product I received is not the product I ordered
In the unlikelihood that an item(s) is sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund.
Provided the item is unopened, unused and in perfect condition we'll replace the item for the correct one and arrange for the return of the incorrectly sent item at no cost to you.

I received my items but I would like to swap it for something else?
Just get in touch with the team at Have To Have It within 10 days of receiving your gift and provided the item is unopened, unused and in perfect condition, we will exchange it for something else, you will need to cover the return of the item to us.

I have received my parcel and it is broken?
We make sure that our parcels are safe and secure when they leave us but things can happen in transit that is beyond our control. It is important that we are notified with in 24 hours of any damaged freight so we can start a freight claim and arrange replacements for you. If possible, please email us a photo & details of damage.

I received my parcel but its not quite what I was expecting.

My product is faulty
If you believe the item is faulty please contact us straight away. If the item is deemed to be faulty within 21 days from receipt of delivery we will organise courier collection, a replacement item (subject to availability) and re delivery, without delay with no cost to you. 
Where a product is deemed to be faulty after 21 days from receipt of delivery it is subject to individual manufacturer warranty. It is the clients responsibility to bear any costs involved and adhere to individual manufacturer warranty instructions. Upon receipt of the returned goods any item deemed not to be faulty will incur delivery charges for the item. It is the clients responsibility to ensure items are packed sufficiently to ensure they are not damaged in transit, as this may void any warranty or right of replacement.
